We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new KEEN footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
